The Need:Queshan County Aluminum Plate Factory is located in Zhumadian City, Henan Province, and is an enterprise mainly engaged in the metal products industry. The introduction of solar energy into the hot water system can optimize the production process and greatly improve the working environment for employees, creating more convenient and comfortable living conditions.
The Challenge:The equipment in the aluminum veneer factory is dense, and the pipeline layout needs to be bypassed or elevated. There are metal dust and high-temperature baking processes in the production workshop, which can easily block the hot water pipeline and solve the problem of instantaneous water consumption surge during workers’ shift handover, resulting in multiple peak water consumption periods.
★On site configuration:
2000 solar collectors+3 sets of 10HP air source heat pumps+40- ton water tanks
★In order to cope with the concentrated outbreak of water consumption in multiple periods, a dual energy complementary mode is implemented on site to ensure normal production activities and stable hot water supply for every employee.
★Abandoning the gas leakage risk of traditional gas heating methods and adopting a water electricity separation design, the hidden danger of electric heating tube leakage is eliminated, fully meeting the strict safety regulations of the factory.
★In response to the challenges of high temperature and high dust environment, stainless steel pipes and dust-proof heat pumps are used on site. Combined with intelligent monitoring: dust concentration sensor+temperature alarm, automatic triggering of protection mode in case of unexpected situations.
